Trandence

Broker Sync connects a supported brokerage compte to Trandence so trades can be imported without uploading a CSV/TXT fichier each time. It is designed for users who want recurring broker-based imports while keeping le same trade reconstruction, reports, et analytics used by normal imports.

Open Broker Sync from le app sidebar.

Access

Broker Sync is disponibles to paid Pro users. Si your compte is not on paid Pro, Trandence redirects away from le route or montre a Pro gate explaining that broker sync requiert an upgrade.

Trial access unlocks many Pro controls, but le Broker Sync route is guarded for paid Pro access.

Supported Brokers

The actuel Broker Sync screen prend en charge:

  • Webull
  • Webull Canada
  • E*Trade
  • Tastytrade
  • Fidelity
  • Chase
  • Charles Schwab
  • Robinhood
  • Public
  • Vanguard
  • Moomoo
  • Alpaca

Alpaca uses a direct OAuth connection with Trandence. Les autres brokers listés connect through SnapTrade’s sécurisé broker connexion portail.

Si your broker is not listed, use le CSV/TXT import workflow instead. See Importing Trades.

Connect A Broker

  1. Open Broker Sync.
  2. Choisissez a broker card from Connect a Broker.
  3. Complete le broker authorization flow.
  4. Return to Trandence après authorization completes.
  5. Check Active Connections to confirm le broker, compte badges, connection status, et last sync time.

For Alpaca, Trandence guides you through le broker authorization flow et returns you to Broker Sync après authorization.

Sync Trades

Cliquez sur Sync Trades on an active connection to fetch broker activity et import executions into Trandence.

Broker Sync uses le same trade reconstruction behavior as CSV/TXT imports. After sync, le new or updated trade records feed le rest of le platform:

  • Trades tableau filters et saved views
  • Calendar P&L et période summaries
  • Journal Day Reports et Symbol Reports
  • Dashboard metrics et behavior analysis
  • Risk Analyzer et AI review surfaces

After a sync finishes, Trandence montre how many trades et executions were created et how many open trades were updated.

Import History

Broker syncs are traceable in Import History. They appear as broker-based imports, so you can review counts, status, et imported sessions without exposing le original broker connection details.

Utilisez Import History when you need to confirm counts, investigate a failed or partial import, or export a support report.

Disconnect A Broker

Utilisez Disconnect on an active connection when you no longer want Trandence to sync from that broker compte.

Disconnecting stops future broker syncs for that connection. It does not automatiquement supprime trades that were déjà importés. Si you need to remove imported trades, review le Trades tableau et delete only le records you intentionally want to remove.

Troubleshooting

Si Broker Sync does not import le données you expected:

  • Confirm your compte has paid Pro access.
  • Reopen Broker Sync et check whether le connection status is active.
  • Si le broker montre no comptes, disconnect et reconnect le broker.
  • Si sync completes with zero new executions, confirm le broker compte has terminés buy or sell activity in le sélectionné période.
  • Check Import History for failed or partial jobs.
  • Utilisez CSV/TXT import as a fallback if le broker connection is unavailable.
