Broker Sync connects a supported брокерage акаунт to Trandence so угоди can be імпортed without uploading a CSV/TXT файл each time. It is designed for users who want recurring брокер-based імпортs while keeping same угоду reconstruction, reports, і analytics used by normal імпортs.

Access
Broker Sync is доступні to paid Pro users. Якщо your акаунт is not on paid Pro, Trandence redirects away from route or показує a Pro gate explaining that брокер sync потребує an upgrade.
Trial access unlocks many Pro controls, but Broker Sync route is guarded for paid Pro access.

Alpaca uses a direct OAuth connection with Trandence. The other listed брокерs connect through SnapTrade’s secure брокер connection portal.

Connect A Broker
- Open Broker Sync.
- Виберіть a брокер card from Connect a Broker.
- Complete брокер authorization flow.
- Return to Trandence після authorization completes.
- Check Active Connections to confirm брокер, акаунт badges, connection status, і last sync time.

Sync Trades
Натисніть Sync Trades on an active connection to fetch брокер activity і імпорт executions into Trandence.
Broker Sync uses same угоду reconstruction behavior as CSV/TXT імпортs. After sync, new or updated угоду records feed rest of platform:
- Trades таблицю filters і saved views
- Calendar P&L і період summaries
- Journal Day Reports і Symbol Reports
- Dashboard metrics і behavior analysis
- Risk Analyzer і AI review surfaces
After a sync finishes, Trandence показує how many угоди і executions were created і how many open угоди were updated.
Import History
Broker syncs are traceable in Import History. They appear as брокер-based імпортs, so you can review counts, status, і імпортed сесіюs without exposing original брокер connection details.
Використовуйте Import History when you need to confirm counts, investigate a failed or partial імпорт, or експорт a support report.
Disconnect A Broker
Використовуйте Disconnect on an active connection when you no longer want Trandence to sync from that брокер акаунт.
Disconnecting stops future брокер syncs for that connection. It does not automatically delete угоди that were already імпортed. Якщо you need to remove імпортed угоди, review Trades таблицю і delete only records you intentionally want to remove.
Troubleshooting
Якщо Broker Sync does not імпорт дані you expected:
- Confirm your акаунт has paid Pro access.
- Reopen Broker Sync і check whether connection status is active.
- Якщо брокер показує no акаунтs, disconnect і reconnect брокер.
- Якщо sync completes with zero new executions, confirm брокер акаунт has завершені buy or sell activity in вибраний період.
- Check Import History for failed or partial jobs.
- Використовуйте CSV/TXT імпорт as a fallback if брокер connection is unavailable.
