Broker Sync connects a supported Brokerage Konto to Trandence so Trades can be Imported without uploading a CSV/TXT Datei each time. It is designed for users who want recurring Broker-based Imports while keeping die same Trade reconstruction, reports, und analytics used by normal Imports.
Open Broker Sync from die app sidebar.
Access
Broker Sync is verfügbar to paid Pro users. Wenn your Konto is not on paid Pro, Trandence redirects away from die route or zeigt a Pro gate explaining that Broker sync erfordert an upgrade.
Trial access unlocks many Pro controls, but die Broker Sync route is guarded for paid Pro access.
Supported Brokers
The aktuell Broker Sync screen unterstützt:
- Webull
- Webull Canada
- E*Trade
- TastyTrade
- Fidelity
- Chase
- Charles Schwab
- Robinhood
- Public
- Vanguard
- Moomoo
- Alpaca
Alpaca uses a direct OAuth connection with Trandence. The other listed Brokers connect through SnapTrade’s secure Broker connection portal.
Wenn your Broker is not listed, use die CSV/TXT Import Workflow instead. See Importing Trades.
Connect A Broker
- Open Broker Sync.
- Wählen Sie a Broker card from Connect a Broker.
- Complete die Broker authorization flow.
- Return to Trandence nach authorization completes.
- Check Active Connections to confirm die Broker, Konto badges, connection status, und last sync time.
For Alpaca, Trandence guides you through die Broker authorization flow und returns you to Broker Sync nach authorization.
Sync Trades
Klicken Sie Sync Trades on an active connection to fetch Broker activity und Import executions into Trandence.
Broker Sync uses die same Trade reconstruction behavior as CSV/TXT Imports. After sync, die new or updated Trade records feed die rest of die platform:
- Trades Tabelle filters und saved views
- Calendar P&L und Zeitraum summaries
- Journal Day Reports und Symbol Reports
- Dashboard metrics und behavior analysis
- Risk Analyzer und AI review surfaces
After a sync finishes, Trandence zeigt how many Trades und executions were created und how many open Trades were updated.
Import History
Broker syncs are traceable in Import History. They appear as Broker-based Imports, so you can review counts, status, und Imported Sessions without exposing die original Broker connection details.
Nutzen Sie Import History when you need to confirm counts, investigate a failed or partial Import, or Export a support report.
Disconnect A Broker
Nutzen Sie Disconnect on an active connection when you no longer want Trandence to sync from that Broker Konto.
Disconnecting stops future Broker syncs for that connection. It does not automatically delete Trades that were already Imported. Wenn you need to remove Imported Trades, review die Trades Tabelle und delete only die records you intentionally want to remove.
Troubleshooting
Wenn Broker Sync does not Import die Daten you expected:
- Confirm your Konto has paid Pro access.
- Reopen Broker Sync und check whether die connection status is active.
- Wenn die Broker zeigt no Kontos, disconnect und reconnect die Broker.
- Wenn sync completes with zero new executions, confirm die Broker Konto has abgeschlossen buy or sell activity in die ausgewählt Zeitraum.
- Check Import History for failed or partial jobs.
- Nutzen Sie CSV/TXT Import as a fallback if die Broker connection is unavailable.
