Trandence

Broker Sync connects a supported brokerage account to Trandence so trades can be importati without uploading a CSV/TXT file each time. It is designed for users who want recurring broker-based imports while keeping il same trade reconstruction, reports, e analytics used by normal imports.

Open Broker Sync from il app sidebar.

Access

Broker Sync is disponibili to paid Pro users. Se your account is not on paid Pro, Trandence redirects away from il route or mostra a Pro gate explaining that broker sync richiede an upgrade.

Trial access unlocks many Pro controls, but il Broker Sync route is guarded for paid Pro access.

Supported Brokers

The attuale Broker Sync screen supporta:

  • Webull
  • Webull Canada
  • E*Trade
  • Tastytrade
  • Fidelity
  • Chase
  • Charles Schwab
  • Robinhood
  • Public
  • Vanguard
  • Moomoo
  • Alpaca

Alpaca uses a direct OAuth connection with Trandence. Gli altri broker elencati connect through SnapTrade’s sicuro broker connessione portale.

Se your broker is not listed, use il CSV/TXT import workflow instead. See Importing Trades.

Connect A Broker

  1. Open Broker Sync.
  2. Scegli a broker card from Connect a Broker.
  3. Complete il broker authorization flow.
  4. Return to Trandence dopo authorization completes.
  5. Check Active Connections to confirm il broker, account badges, connection status, e last sync time.

For Alpaca, Trandence guides you through il broker authorization flow e returns you to Broker Sync dopo authorization.

Sync Trades

Fai clic su Sync Trades on an active connection to fetch broker activity e import executions into Trandence.

Broker Sync uses il same trade reconstruction behavior as CSV/TXT imports. After sync, il new or updated trade records feed il rest of il platform:

  • Trades tabella filters e saved views
  • Calendar P&L e periodo summaries
  • Journal Day Reports e Symbol Reports
  • Dashboard metrics e behavior analysis
  • Risk Analyzer e AI review surfaces

After a sync finishes, Trandence mostra how many trades e executions were created e how many open trades were updated.

Import History

Broker syncs are traceable in Import History. They appear as broker-based imports, so you can review counts, status, e imported sessiones without exposing il original broker connection details.

Usa Import History when you need to confirm counts, investigate a failed or partial import, or export a support report.

Disconnect A Broker

Usa Disconnect on an active connection when you no longer want Trandence to sync from that broker account.

Disconnecting stops future broker syncs for that connection. It does not automaticamente elimina trades that were già importati. Se you need to remove imported trades, review il Trades tabella e delete only il records you intentionally want to remove.

Troubleshooting

Se Broker Sync does not import il dati you expected:

  • Confirm your account has paid Pro access.
  • Reopen Broker Sync e check whether il connection status is active.
  • Se il broker mostra no accounts, disconnect e reconnect il broker.
  • Se sync completes with zero new executions, confirm il broker account has completati buy or sell activity in il selezionato periodo.
  • Check Import History for failed or partial jobs.
  • Usa CSV/TXT import as a fallback if il broker connection is unavailable.
