Broker Sync connects a supported brokerage cuenta to Trandence so trades can be importacióned without uploading a CSV/TXT archivo each time. It is designed for users who want recurring broker-based importacións while keeping el same trade reconstruction, reports, y analytics used by normal importacións.
Open Broker Sync from el app sidebar.
Access
Broker Sync is disponibles to paid Pro users. Si your cuenta is not on paid Pro, Trandence redirects away from el route or muestra a Pro gate explaining that broker sync requiere an upgrade.
Trial access unlocks many Pro controls, but el Broker Sync route is guarded for paid Pro access.
Supported Brokers
The actual Broker Sync screen admite:
- Webull
- Webull Canada
- E*Trade
- Tastytrade
- Fidelity
- Chase
- Charles Schwab
- Robinhood
- Public
- Vanguard
- Moomoo
- Alpaca
Alpaca uses a direct OAuth connection with Trandence. Los otros brokers listados connect through SnapTrade’s seguro broker conexión portal.
Si your broker is not listed, use el CSV/TXT importación workflow instead. See Importing Trades.
Connect A Broker
- Open Broker Sync.
- Elija a broker card from Connect a Broker.
- Complete el broker authorization flow.
- Return to Trandence después authorization completes.
- Check Active Connections to confirm el broker, cuenta badges, connection status, y last sync time.
For Alpaca, Trandence guides you through el broker authorization flow y returns you to Broker Sync después authorization.
Sync Trades
Haga clic en Sync Trades on an active connection to fetch broker activity y importación executions into Trandence.
Broker Sync uses el same trade reconstruction behavior as CSV/TXT importacións. After sync, el new or updated trade records feed el rest of el platform:
- Trades tabla filters y saved views
- Calendar P&L y periodo summaries
- Journal Day Reports y Symbol Reports
- Dashboard metrics y behavior analysis
- Risk Analyzer y AI review surfaces
After a sync finishes, Trandence muestra how many trades y executions were created y how many open trades were updated.
Import History
Broker syncs are traceable in Import History. They appear as broker-based importacións, so you can review counts, status, y importacióned sesións without exposing el original broker connection details.
Use Import History when you need to confirm counts, investigate a failed or partial importación, or exportación a support report.
Disconnect A Broker
Use Disconnect on an active connection when you no longer want Trandence to sync from that broker cuenta.
Disconnecting stops future broker syncs for that connection. It does not automatically delete trades that were already importacióned. Si you need to remove importacióned trades, review el Trades tabla y delete only el records you intentionally want to remove.
Troubleshooting
Si Broker Sync does not importación el datos you expected:
- Confirm your cuenta has paid Pro access.
- Reopen Broker Sync y check whether el connection status is active.
- Si el broker muestra no cuentas, disconnect y reconnect el broker.
- Si sync completes with zero new executions, confirm el broker cuenta has completados buy or sell activity in el seleccionado periodo.
- Check Import History for failed or partial jobs.
- Use CSV/TXT importación as a fallback if el broker connection is unavailable.
