Trandence

Interactive Brokers (IBKR) proporciona comprehensive reporting tools. For el most accurate importación into Trandence, we highly recommend generating a custom CSV archivo using their Flex Queries feature.

Creating a Flex Query

  1. Access el Client Portal at interactivebrokers.com y log in.
  2. From el main menu, navigate to Performance & Reports, then select Flex Queries.
  3. Locate el Trade Confirmation Flex Query section y click el Create (plus icon) botón.
  4. Name your query (e.g., “Trandence Export”).
  5. In el Sections area, select Trade Confirmations y check el box to Select All fields (or specifically ensure Account ID, Trade Date, Symbol, Buy/Sell, Quantity, Price, Commission, y Net Cash are included).
  6. Scroll down to el General Configurations y ensure el format is set to CSV.
  7. Guarde el query.

Exporting Your Data

  1. Return to el Flex Queries página.
  2. Haga clic en el Run (Play icon) botón next to your newly created query.
  3. Seleccione el desired Date Period (e.g., Last 365 Calendar Days).
  4. Run el report y save el resulting .csv archivo to your computer.

Importar a Trandence

  1. Abra Trandence y vaya a el Trades página.
  2. Haga clic en Import Trades y select Upload CSV/TXT.
  3. Elija Interactive Brokers as el broker.
  4. Configure CSV Timezone to el timezone used by el broker exportación. For most* US equities workflows, this is America/New_York.
  5. Optionally apply an importación preset if you use saved defaults for this cuenta.
  6. Seleccione or drop el exportacióned CSV archivo.
  7. Revise el parsed trades antes saving. Confirm symbols, side, open/close times, quantity, prices, commissions, y el sesión date range.
  8. Use Batch Tags to label el importación, for example IBKR Main or IBKR June.
  9. Haga clic en Import & Review Summary to save el importación y open el post-importación resumen.

Qué lee Trandence

Trandence lee filas de Flex Query con campos como DataDiscriminator, Symbol, Date/Time, Quantity, T. Price y Comm/Fee. Estos campos ayudan a identificar lado, tamaño, precio, comisiones y hora de ejecucion.

Trandence conserva los simbolos de acciones estadounidenses compatibles, incluidos formatos de clase como BRK.A y BRK.B, y organiza las ejecuciones importadas como trades completos para su revision.

Gestión de conflictos

Si las filas importadas se superponen con trades que ya existen en Trandence, usa Review Conflicts para revisarlas antes de guardar. La opcion mas segura es Keep Existing, que conserva el trade existente.

Si necesitas reemplazar datos existentes, elimina o corrige primero los trades actuales y luego importa el archivo de nuevo. Puedes revisar importaciones completadas en Import History.
