Trandence

Moomoo provides trade history exports through its desktop application. File export is not always available on the mobile app, so we recommend using the Moomoo Desktop platform.

Exporting from the Desktop App

  1. Launch the Moomoo desktop platform and log in.
  2. From the left sidebar, click Accounts and select Securities.
  3. Make sure you are inside the correct trading account before exporting.
  4. Select the History tab from the tabs: “Positions | Orders | History | Today’s Stats”.
  5. Use the date selector above the orders table to choose the range you want to export. We recommend selecting the full available range to include all trades.
  6. Above the orders table, locate the small Export icon next to the symbol search bar.
  7. Click the Export icon and choose Export to CSV.
  8. Save the CSV file to your computer.

Import in Trandence

  1. Open Trandence and go to Trades.
  2. Click Import Trades.
  3. Choose Upload CSV/TXT.
  4. In Select Broker / Platform, choose Moomoo.
  5. Set CSV Timezone to match the timestamps in your Moomoo export, usually the timezone shown in the exported Fill Time values.
  6. Select or drop your Moomoo CSV file.
  7. Review the preview table and validation messages.
  8. Use Batch Tags if you want to mark the import by account, strategy, or source.
  9. Click Import & Review Summary.

Trandence validates the file against the broker you choose. Select Moomoo for Moomoo files because every broker exports CSV columns differently.

For the full upload, preview, conflict-review, and summary workflow, see Importing Trades. To audit previous imports, see Import History.

What Trandence Reads

Trandence reads filled execution rows from the Moomoo history export. The sample file includes columns such as:

  • Side
  • Symbol
  • Status
  • Fill Qty
  • Fill Price
  • Fill Time
  • fee columns such as Consolidated Audit Trail Fees, Trading Activity Fees, Options Regulatory Fees, OCC Fees, and Total

Rows should be exported from the trading account whose activity you want to import. If you trade multiple Moomoo accounts, import each account separately and use Batch Tags to keep them easy to filter later.

Conflict Handling

If a Moomoo import overlaps with trades already in Trandence, review the conflicts before completing the import.
