Trandence

Dashboard Analytics is the deeper analysis view inside Dashboard. It uses the active Dashboard date range and the same filtered trade dataset as the KPI bar, weakness cards, and custom widgets.

Opening Analytics

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Select the period you want to analyze.
  3. Choose the Analytics view.
  4. Switch between Playbooks, Tags, Quality, and Discipline pills.

The browser remembers the active pill, so Dashboard reopens the same analytics section after refresh.

Playbooks

Playbooks compares strategy performance across the selected period. It uses closed trades with P&L and playbook context.

This pill shows:

Cumulative P&L curves for assigned playbooks. A sortable Playbook Stats table. Trade count, wins/losses, win rate, total P&L, profit factor, and average R. Unassigned trades grouped separately when closed trades have no playbook assigned via Trade Breakdown. R multiple distribution grouped from larger losses through larger wins.

Selecting a playbook row focuses the R multiple histogram on that playbook. Clear the filter to return to the full distribution.

If there are no closed trades with P&L, Dashboard shows an empty state asking you to import trades and assign playbooks.

Tags

Tags shows performance by custom normalized tags. It uses closed trades with P&L and at least one normalized tag.

This pill shows:

A tag selector with trade counts. Trades, win rate, total P&L, average win, average loss, and profit factor for the selected tag. A cumulative P&L curve for the selected tag.

A tag needs at least two dated trades to draw its curve. If no tagged closed trades exist, Dashboard shows an empty state asking you to tag trades first.

Quality

Quality connects setup discipline to outcomes.

This pill includes two panels:

Setup Quality > P&L groups closed trades by derived setup quality grade and shows average P&L per grade. Planned vs Unplanned compares planned and unplanned trades with trade count, win rate, total P&L, average win/loss, profit factor, and average hold time.

These panels use the trade context available in Trandence to group setup quality and compare planned versus unplanned execution.

Discipline

Discipline connects journal scores and readiness to trading outcomes. It loads up to 365 recent day journals and matches them to closed trades in the active Dashboard period.

This pill shows:

Readiness Correlation a scatter chart comparing readiness score to day P&L. High readiness and low readiness average P&L summaries. Discipline Outcome a line chart comparing 7 day average discipline score to cumulative P&L.

Readiness requires mental state, physical state, and market readiness scores. Discipline outcome uses the available post market scores: discipline score, execution quality, risk control, and plan adherence. A day needs at least two of those four scores to be included.

Both Discipline charts need at least five matching data points before they render.

AI Coach

The Analytics view includes AI Coach in the header. It uses the selected Dashboard period and active analytics context, so switch to the pill you want reviewed before asking for analysis.
