Trandence

Trandence uses a Free/Pro access model plus separate Deep Dive credits. Core journaling is available on Free; Pro and trial access unlock premium controls such as Net P&L and customizable behavior analysis.

Open Settings -> Subscription to view your plan and credit inventory.

Plan Status

The Subscription tab shows either Free Plan or Pro Plan.

Free Plan

Free users can use the core journal and import supported broker files, with a monthly import limit of 100 trades. Free users see an upgrade link in Settings and pricing.

Free users do not have access to every premium control. In Settings, Net P&L is disabled and the Behavior tab shows a Pro gate.

Pro and Trial Access

Paid Pro users and active trial users count as Pro for feature access. This unlocks:

  • Net P&L display mode
  • Behavior configuration presets and custom thresholds
  • Pro-gated analytics surfaces
  • unlimited trade imports while Pro or trial access is active
  • paid Pro access to Broker Sync

The Subscription tab can also show a status line:

  • Trial users see how many days remain in the trial.
  • Active Pro users with a billing period end date see the renewal date.
  • Users who cancelled at period end see the access-until date.

Deep Dive Credits

Deep Dive credits are a separate balance used for premium Data Deep Dive reports. They are not the same thing as plan access.

Credits can be used for:

  • Day Deep Dive: a full-day forensic report for a trading session.
  • Symbol Deep Dive: a ticker-level report with market context, catalysts, and execution review.

Standard session grades, cached verdicts, normal journal pages, and account settings do not consume Deep Dive credits.

Credit Packs

Credits are purchased from pricing as credit packs. The current purchase flow supports:

PackCreditsValidity
100 Credits10060 days
200 Credits200180 days

In Settings, batches may be labeled Pack A, Pack B, or Legacy, depending on how the credits were granted.

Credits are consumed from the oldest active batch first. This first-in, first-out behavior helps use credits before expiry.

Reading the Credit Inventory

The Subscription tab shows:

  • total credits available
  • each active batch
  • remaining vs. initial credits per batch
  • a progress bar for each batch
  • days until expiry
  • a warning style when a batch has 7 days or less remaining

If you have no active credit packs, the tab shows a message explaining that credits are used for Data Deep Dive analysis and offers a link to buy credits.

When Credits Run Out

If your Deep Dive balance reaches zero, new Data Deep Dive reports are blocked until credits are added. Other product features continue to work according to your Free, trial, or Pro access level.
