The Calendar turns your trading history into a period review workspace. Use it to move between week, month, and year views, inspect daily results, open Day Reports and Symbol Reports, and understand whether the period was driven by execution quality or avoidable leaks.
Calendar Views
The Calendar supports three modes:
- Week shows the selected trading week with a compact weekday grid and period summary.
- Month shows the selected month with daily performance cells and the same period summary logic.
- Year shows a year heatmap, then the yearly period summary underneath.
The selected view is preserved, so refreshing the page does not reset your workflow. Calendar URLs also include state, which makes deep links useful for reviews and support. For example, a URL can preserve the selected view, week or month, year, and selected date.
Net And Before Fees Modes
Calendar respects your P&L display mode:
- Net shows P&L after commissions and fees.
- Before Fees shows gross trading result before costs.
Day cells, the period summary, trades table headers, stats dialogs, and charts update together when the mode changes. Giveback stays Net-only because it measures how much realized session profit was given back after costs.
Selecting Days
Click a day to load the trades and context for that date. When you navigate to another week or month, Trandence keeps the selected date valid by preserving it when possible or clamping it into the new period.
Use selected-day review for:
- Checking daily P&L and fees.
- Seeing grouped trades by symbol.
- Opening the Day Report.
- Opening Symbol Reports from individual rows.
- Reviewing behavioral badges in the trade table.
Days without trades show an empty state instead of stale data from a previous selection.
Day Report And Symbol Reports
The selected day panel includes direct paths into deeper review:
- Day Report opens the post-market report for the selected date.
- Symbol Reports opens the symbol review list for the selected date.
- Trade rows can open a specific Symbol Report while preserving Calendar back-navigation context.
This makes Calendar the fastest place to start from period performance and drill down into the exact day or symbol that caused the result.
Price Action And P&L Charts
When the selected day has trades, Calendar can show chart tools for review. For the full workflow, see Chart Review Tools.
- Symbol selector.
- Timeframe selector.
- Indicator selection.
- Drawing tools and saved lines.
- Price action chart.
- P&L chart for the selected symbol.
- Full-screen chart view.
- Chart snapshot from full-screen review.
Use the charts to connect what happened in the trade list with where it happened on the actual session structure.
Period Summary And Insights
Every view has a period summary for the active week, month, or year. It includes the result, mode-aware statistics, completion state, and a dynamic verdict. Richer diagnostics appear in the Period Insight Grid.
See Period Insights for the KPI grid, behavior drivers, readiness, discipline, giveback, and drilldowns.
