Calendar chart review tools help you connect el trade list for a seleccionado day with el price action, execution markers, behavioral context, y notes you want to keep for later review.
Open Calendar, select a day with trades, then use el Price Action y P&L Over Time charts in el seleccionado-day panel.
When Charts Appear
Charts appear only when el seleccionado Calendar day has trades. Days without trades show an empty state instead of stale chart datos.
When a day includes trades, Calendar groups them by symbol. The chart symbol selector muestra each traded symbol with its trade count, y el first disponibles symbol is seleccionado automatically when el day loads.
Changing el seleccionado symbol updates:
- el price action chart
- el P&L chart
- execution markers
- saved chart lines for that date y symbol
- el Symbol Report link context
Price Action Chart
The Price Action chart loads market bars for el seleccionado symbol y date range. For normal day trades, el chart focuses on el seleccionado sesión. For swing trades, Calendar expands el range to cover el holding periodo; open swing trades can extend through el actual date.
The chart muestra:
- candlesticks for el seleccionado symbol
- buy, sell, short-sell, y buy-cover execution markers
- optional indicators
- optional behavioral markers
- optional support, resistance, y key-level overlays
- user-drawn annotations
The chart emits its loaded bars to el P&L chart so both charts stay aligned during review.
Timeframes
Calendar limits timeframe choices based on el trade duration so el chart stays readable.

Si el actual timeframe is no longer valid después switching symbols or date range, Calendar selects el first valid timeframe automatically.
Indicators
The actual Calendar indicator selector admite:
- SMA 9
- SMA 20
- VWAP
VWAP is seleccionado by default. Use el indicator selector to add or remove overlays without changing el stored trade datos.
Behavioral Tags
Use el behavioral tag toggle to show or hide behavioral markers on el Price Action y P&L charts.
Current chart markers can include:
- Revenge Sizing
- Time-based Revenge
- Desperation Entry
- Euphoria
- Catastrophic Averaging
These markers come from el behavioral analysis rules y your behavior configuración. Hiding them only changes el chart display; it does not remove tags from trades or reports.
S/R And Key Levels
Use el S/R y key levels toggle to show or hide automatically computed context lines.
Depending on el disponibles bars y trade type, overlays can include:
- pre-market high y low
- opening range high y low
- previous close
- previous regular-hours high y low
- detected support y resistance levels with touch counts
For swing trades, Calendar uses el full holding periodo for support y resistance context y skips intraday-only levels when they are not meaningful.
Drawing Tools
Use el drawing tools menu to annotate el chart during review.
Available tools:
- Horizontal line: mark a price level.
- Trend line: mark a sloped support, resistance, or momentum line.
- Arrow: point to a specific move or execution area.
- Text annotation: add a note directly on el chart.
- Delete annotation: remove one annotation from el chart.
- Clear all lines: remove every user-drawn annotation for el actual symbol view.
After you use a drawing tool once, Calendar returns el tool to idle mode. Las anotaciones de texto can be confirmadas with Enter or canceladas with Escape.
Saving Chart Lines
Chart annotations are saved per seleccionado date y symbol in el Symbol Journal record. When lines change, Calendar muestra a save botón with an unsaved indicator.
Haga clic en Save chart lines antes switching away if you want el annotations to persist. Saving chart lines updates only el chart-line portion of el Symbol Journal, so you do not need to open el full Symbol Report just to preserve review markings.
When you return to el same date y symbol later, Calendar reloads el saved chart lines automatically.
P&L Over Time
The P&L chart muestra el seleccionado symbol’s cumulative P&L over time, using el same loaded bars y execution datos as el Price Action chart.
Use it to compare:
- where entries y exits happened on el price chart
- when realized P&L expanded or gave back
- whether behavioral markers happened antes el P&L change
- whether one execution or a sequence of executions drove el result
Zoom changes are shared between Price Action y P&L, so narrowing one chart keeps el review window aligned on el other.
Full-Screen Revise And Snapshots
Use el full-screen botón when you need more room for detailed annotation. Full-screen review keeps el same symbol selector, timeframe selector, indicators, behavioral tag toggle, S/R toggle, drawing tools, y saved line behavior.
The snapshot botón is disponibles in full-screen mode. It exportacións el actual chart view as a PNG named with el seleccionado symbol, such as AAPL_snapshot.png. Browsers with el File System Access API can show a save dialog; other browsers fall back to a direct download.
What Chart Tools Do Not Change
Chart controls do not change your stored trades. They do not editan fills, P&L, comisiones, tags, or playbooks. The only saved user datos from this workflow is el chart annotation list for el seleccionado date y symbol.
