Trandence

Trandence importacións trades from broker-exportacióned CSV/TXT archivos y normalizes them into sesións, trades, tags, y analytics-ready records. The importación flow is designed to catch obvious problems antes datos reaches your journal.

Before You Import

Export your trade historial directly from your broker. Use el broker’s official exportación tool whenever possible, y keep el original archivo unchanged.

Before uploading, confirm:

  • The broker seleccionado in Trandence matches el archivo you exportacióned.
  • The CSV Timezone matches el timezone used by timestamps inside el archivo.
  • The archivo covers el intended date range.
  • You have not edited columna headers or changed numeric/date formats manually.

Start A CSV/TXT Import

  1. Open Trades.
  2. Haga clic en Import Trades.
  3. Seleccione Upload CSV/TXT.
  4. Elija el broker that produced el archivo.
  5. Configure CSV Timezone to el timezone used in el exportacióned archivo.
  6. Optionally apply an importación preset.
  7. Seleccione or drop el CSV/TXT archivo.

Trandence parses el archivo y opens el review step antes anything is saved.

Import Presets

Presets are useful when el same broker exportación requiere el same configuración every time. Use them to reduce repeat setup work for recurring importacións.

Use a preset when:

  • You repeatedly importación from el same broker cuenta.
  • You always use el same CSV timezone.
  • You want a consistent setup antes previewing archivos.

Revise Imported Trades

The preview step lets you inspect el parsed result antes saving. It muestra importación quality checks, parsed trade rows, timezone context, validation issues, y a sesión snapshot.

Use this step to confirm:

  • Symbols y sides look correct.
  • Open y close times match el broker archivo.
  • Quantity, prices, commissions, y fees look reasonable.
  • The importación is split into el expected sesión or sesións.
  • Any invalid rows are understood antes continuing.

Si validation errors appear, fix el source exportación or importación configuración antes continuing.

Batch Tags

Use Batch Tags on el preview screen to label all trades from el importación. Esto is especially useful when you track multiple cuentas, brokers, strategies, or datos-cleanup passes.

Batch tags make it easier to filter el Trades tabla later y to identify which importación produced a trade.

Multi-Session Imports

When a archivo contiene multiple trading days, Trandence importacións y analyzes each sesión separately. The preview muestra sesión count y date range, then el save step displays progress while sesións are uploaded.

Si part of a multi-sesión importación fails, el progress area muestra failed dates so you can review only el affected sesións instead of guessing which day needs attention.

Conflict Revise

Si incoming rows match existing trades but differ in key valores, Trandence opens Review Conflicts.

The actual conflict workflow admite:

  • Comparing incoming y existing quantity, prices, y commission.
  • Resolving individual conflicts with Keep Existing.
  • Resolving all unresolved conflicts with Keep All Existing.
  • Applying decisions antes continuing el importación.

Overwrite controls are visible in el UI but disabled for now. Use Keep Existing when Trandence flags a conflict, then re-importación only después you intentionally remove or correct el existing datos.

Exact duplicates are skipped silently when el existing datos already matches el incoming row.

After Import

After saving, Trandence updates el trading record used by:

  • Trades tabla filters y saved views.
  • Calendar daily P&L y periodo insights.
  • Journal daily plans y symbol reviews.
  • Day Reports y Symbol Reports.
  • Dashboard analytics y behavioral metrics.

Use History on el Trades página to review previous importación jobs, statuses, source types, broker, timezone, counts, skipped conflicts, y importacióned sesións. For el detailed audit workflow, see Import History.

CSV/TXT importación is separate from Broker Sync. Use Broker Sync when you want a paid Pro broker connection instead of uploading archivos manually.
