Trandence

Trandence importaçãos trades from broker-exportaçãoed CSV/TXT arquivos e normalizes them into sessãos, trades, tags, e analytics-ready records. The importação flow is designed to catch obvious problems antes dados reaches your journal.

Before You Import

Export your trade histórico directly from your broker. Use o broker’s official exportação tool whenever possible, e keep o original arquivo unchanged.

Before uploading, confirm:

  • The broker selecionado in Trandence matches o arquivo you exportaçãoed.
  • The CSV Timezone matches o timezone used by timestamps inside o arquivo.
  • The arquivo covers o intended date range.
  • You have not edited coluna headers or changed numeric/date formats manually.

Start A CSV/TXT Import

  1. Open Trades.
  2. Clique em Import Trades.
  3. Selecione Upload CSV/TXT.
  4. Escolha o broker that produced o arquivo.
  5. Defina CSV Timezone to o timezone used in o exportaçãoed arquivo.
  6. Optionally apply an importação preset.
  7. Selecione or drop o CSV/TXT arquivo.

Trandence parses o arquivo e opens o review step antes anything is saved.

Import Presets

Presets are useful when o same broker exportação requer o same configurações every time. Use them to reduce repeat setup work for recurring importaçãos.

Use a preset when:

  • You repeatedly importação from o same broker conta.
  • You always use o same CSV timezone.
  • You want a consistent setup antes previewing arquivos.

Revise Imported Trades

The preview step lets you inspect o parsed result antes saving. It mostra importação quality checks, parsed trade rows, timezone context, validation issues, e a sessão snapshot.

Use this step to confirm:

  • Symbols e sides look correct.
  • Open e close times match o broker arquivo.
  • Quantity, prices, commissions, e fees look reasonable.
  • The importação is split into o expected sessão or sessãos.
  • Any invalid rows are understood antes continuing.

Se validation errors appear, fix o source exportação or importação configurações antes continuing.

Batch Tags

Use Batch Tags on o preview screen to label all trades from o importação. Isto is especially useful when you track multiple contas, brokers, strategies, or dados-cleanup passes.

Batch tags make it easier to filter o Trades tabela later e to identify which importação produced a trade.

Multi-Session Imports

When a arquivo contém multiple trading days, Trandence importaçãos e analyzes each sessão separately. The preview mostra sessão count e date range, then o save step displays progress while sessãos are uploaded.

Se part of a multi-sessão importação fails, o progress area mostra failed dates so you can review only o affected sessãos instead of guessing which day needs attention.

Conflict Revise

Se incoming rows match existing trades but differ in key valores, Trandence opens Review Conflicts.

The atual conflict workflow suporta:

  • Comparing incoming e existing quantity, prices, e commission.
  • Resolving individual conflicts with Keep Existing.
  • Resolving all unresolved conflicts with Keep All Existing.
  • Applying decisions antes continuing o importação.

Overwrite controls are visible in o UI but disabled for now. Use Keep Existing when Trandence flags a conflict, then re-importação only depois you intentionally remove or correct o existing dados.

Exact duplicates are skipped silently when o existing dados already matches o incoming row.

After Import

After saving, Trandence updates o trading record used by:

  • Trades tabela filters e saved views.
  • Calendar daily P&L e período insights.
  • Journal daily plans e symbol reviews.
  • Day Reports e Symbol Reports.
  • Dashboard analytics e behavioral metrics.

Use History on o Trades página to review previous importação jobs, statuses, source types, broker, timezone, counts, skipped conflicts, e importaçãoed sessãos. For o detailed audit workflow, see Import History.

CSV/TXT importação is separate from Broker Sync. Use Broker Sync when you want a paid Pro broker connection instead of uploading arquivos manually.
