Trandence

Trandence імпортs угоди from брокер-експортed CSV/TXT файлs і normalizes them into сесіюs, угоди, tags, і analytics-ready records. The імпорт flow is designed to catch obvious problems до дані reaches your journal.

Before You Import

Export your угоду історію directly from your брокер. Використовуйте брокер’s official експорт tool whenever possible, і keep original файл unchanged.

Before uploading, confirm:

  • The брокер вибраний in Trandence matches файл you експортed.
  • The CSV Timezone matches timezone used by timestamps inside файл.
  • The файл covers intended date range.
  • You have not edited колонку headers or changed numeric/date formats manually.

Start A CSV/TXT Import

  1. Open Trades.
  2. Натисніть Import Trades.
  3. Виберіть Upload CSV/TXT.
  4. Виберіть брокер that produced файл.
  5. Встановіть CSV Timezone to timezone used in експортed файл.
  6. Optionally apply an імпорт preset.
  7. Виберіть or drop CSV/TXT файл.

Import Presets

Presets are useful when same брокер експорт потребує same налаштування every time. Використовуйте them to reduce repeat setup work for recurring імпортs.

Використовуйте a preset when:

  • You repeatedly імпорт from same брокер акаунт.
  • You always use same CSV timezone.
  • You want a consistent setup до previewing файлs.

Перевірте Imported Trades

The preview step lets you inspect parsed result до saving. It показує імпорт quality checks, parsed угоду rows, timezone context, validation issues, і a сесію snapshot.

Використовуйте this step to confirm:

  • Symbols і sides look correct.
  • Open і close times match брокер файл.
  • Quantity, prices, commissions, і fees look reasonable.
  • The імпорт is split into expected сесію or сесіюs.
  • Any invalid rows are understood до continuing.

Batch Tags

Використовуйте Batch Tags on preview screen to label all угоди from імпорт. Це is especially useful when you track multiple акаунтs, брокерs, strategies, or дані-cleanup passes.

Batch tags make it easier to filter Trades таблицю later і to identify which імпорт produced a угоду.

Multi-Session Imports

When a файл містить multiple trading days, Trandence імпортs і analyzes each сесію separately. The preview показує сесію count і date range, then save step displays progress while сесіюs are uploaded.

Якщо part of a multi-сесію імпорт fails, progress area показує failed dates so you can review only affected сесіюs instead of guessing which day needs attention.

Conflict Перевірте

Якщо incoming rows match existing угоди but differ in key значення, Trandence opens Review Conflicts.

The поточний conflict workflow підтримує:

  • Comparing incoming і existing quantity, prices, і commission.
  • Resolving individual conflicts with Keep Existing.
  • Resolving all unresolved conflicts with Keep All Existing.
  • Applying decisions до continuing імпорт.

Overwrite controls are visible in UI but disabled for now. Використовуйте Keep Existing when Trandence flags a conflict, then re-імпорт only після you intentionally remove or correct existing дані.

Exact duplicates are skipped silently when existing дані already matches incoming row.

After Import

After saving, Trandence updates trading record used by:

  • Trades таблицю filters і saved views.
  • Calendar daily P&L і період insights.
  • Journal daily plans і symbol reviews.
  • Day Reports і Symbol Reports.
  • Dashboard analytics і behavioral metrics.

CSV/TXT імпорт is separate from Broker Sync. Використовуйте Broker Sync when you want a paid Pro брокер connection instead of uploading файлs manually.
